Highly recommended boat trip.
Highly recommended boat trip from Westminster to Hampton court. Bar on board and light snacks and sandwiches. Commentary was fab. A must do when visiting London.

A cruise from Westminster Pier to Kew Pier takes approximately 1-hour, 30-minutes & passes through the City of Westminster & a number of London Boroughs including Chelsea, Wandsworth & Putney before arriving in the upper reaches. The next stage of the journey cruises through Hammersmith, Barnes & Chiswick, following the winding path of the river round islands & stately homes before arriving at Kew Pier. During the cruise we will pass beneath a number of London’s iconic bridges & pass numerous landmarks including Westminster Bridge, the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament), Lambeth Palace, Battersea Power Station, Chelsea Bridge & Albert Bridge.
The cruise takes place on a traditional river Thames passenger boat with indoor & outdoor seating, a fully licensed bar & toilet facilities. A river trip to Kew makes an excellent day out for tourists & locals alike & allows up to 4-hours & 30-minutes* ashore at Kew to explore the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew*, Kew Palace*, the London Museum of Water & Steam*, the National Archives or enjoy lunch at one of the many riverside pubs & restaurants. Alternatively passengers can enjoy a cruise from Kew to Westminster & remain onboard to return to Kew or disembark at Westminster Pier & make their own way back to Kew.
